MWORKS MANAGER OF CORPORATE CARE

The University of Michigan Health System's Comprehensive Occupational
Health and Disability Management Program (MWorks) is seeking qualified
candidates to apply for the Manager of Corporate Care position in the
M-Fit Health Promotion Division.

DUTIES:
Direct the operation of the Corporate Care Program of the M-Fit
Health Promotion Division including prevention and health promotion
services targeted to enhance workplace health management. Services
include needs assessments, program planning and evaluation, screenings
and immunizations, communication and information strategies, behavior
change programs, incentives, cultural and environmental supports, etc.
Provide overall strategic direction to the Corporate Care Program.
Lead
the development and implementation of the business plan. Provide
leadership to development of new products and services as appropriate.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with businesses and other
employers in Michigan. Identify and cultivate key contacts and
partnership opportunities. Develop and implement marketing plan for
the
Corporate Care Program. Review and approve staffing plans and
transactions. Oversee the preparation of budget projections and
participate in packaging and pricing of services. Write proposals and
make presentations. Provide leadership to the continuous quality
improvement activities and develop a feedback system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's in Public Health, Health Education, Health Promotion,
Behavioral Psychology, or other comparable area is required.
Combination
of Bachelors in one of these areas with a Masters in business or
nursing
is also acceptable. Minimum 3+ years experience in health promotion
program planning, implementation, evaluation, budgeting, and proposal
writing is necessary. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
skills required. Experience in public speaking and administration.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities are essential. Must be able to
serve as a model for a healthy lifestyle.
