Hello:

Recently, we sent out a message that we were interested in trying to find
papers articles or chapters on two topics: a) how to put together an
integrative literature review (the steps involved in systematically
reviewing and synthesizing literature from often diverse fields); and b)
how to build a conceptual/theoretical model (i.e. the steps involved in
articulating and structuring a theoretical model). These were the responses
received. Thanks for your help. Jim
