topic in the United States. In my professional organization, the Case
Management Society of America, Case Managers are important players in the
process of wellness education. We just had our National conference and would
like to discuss with you the opportunity to share information. Does Case
Management play a part of health promotion and prevention of chronic disease
in Canada?
