Presents the 4th Annual Summer Institute on Population Health Promotion

“Tools for building healthy schools, workplaces, and communities”

August 19th - August 22nd 2003

Building on the success of previous Summer Institutes, this year's program
offers an exciting opportunity to learn about population health promotion in
schools, workplaces and communities

Joins us to learn how to:

·       put population health promotion into practice
·       develop healthy policy
·       organize collective action

Sessions will include a combination of plenary and panel presentations with
significant opportunities for small group learning and practice.

The four-day Institute begins on Tuesday, August 19th at 9:00 a.m. and
concludes at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 22nd.

Registration before June 20th is $320.00 (including GST)
After June 20th is $370.00 (including GST)
Parking Charges for the Institute is $18.00 (incl. tax)

Some registration subsidies are available.

Attending the Summer Institute can contribute to academic as well as
professional credits. Further information can be obtained from the
University of Manitoba 2002 Summer Session Calendar.
