FYI for those who require instant access to U.S. regulations,

The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (all 50 Titles) updated to the latest
1998 revision levels are now available on CD-ROM.

Features include no "time locks," 5,000+ in-line graphics, Adobe(R)
