Hello Monica,

A small team associated with the Centre for Health Promotion, University of
Toronto, is working on a WHO project on international indicators of health
promotion action, indicators such as the presence/absence of health promoting
policies and structures at the national or regional level. It looks as if our interest
might be at the opposite end of the spectrum from yours, but one of our concerns
has been to follow/assess what goes on 'on the ground' in the implementation and
delivery of policies. Perhaps your grassroots and our national interests can
complement one another. Let me know if you're interested in some more detail (as
I would be of your project).

Cheers,

Rick Edwards
