Africa with local partners, we are currently seeking
consultants with social and private sector development.  The
ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications: good
knowledge of private sector development issues; work
experience in francophone African countries, great lakes, or
west sub-Saharan region; knowledge of IFI intervention
methods in the area of micro-enterprise; holds a
professional degree/designation (ie. Adm.A., CMC, CGA, CMA)
or is in the process of a receiving such a designation.

International Health Information Conference - June 24-27,
2000 - Vancouver, BC

INFOcus 2000, "Harmonizing Health Information Initiatives",
is a joint venture between COACH, Canada's Health
Informatics Association and CIHI, Canadian Institute for
Health Information.  The intent of INFOcus 2000 is to bring
a variety of stakeholders together to provide a
comprehensive educational opportunity and to facilitate the
sharing of information and networking.

INFOcus 2000 will provide a unique opportunity for
participants to draw on the knowledge, experience and
expertise of acknowledged leaders in health information from
a multiplicity of perspectives.  This international
conference will showcase key leading-edge initiatives in
Canada and abroad.

The results of meetings of the International Standards
Organization, and the IMIA WG4 Working conference on
Security of the Distributed Electronic Patient Record (EPR),
will be presented at INFOcus 2000.  These organizations will
be holding their meetings in Vancouver and Victoria
immediately preceeding INFOcus 2000.

canadienne d'informatisation, et ICIS - l'Institut canadien
pour l'information de la sante. INFOcus 2000 a pour but de

INFOcus 2000 fournira aux participants une occasion unique

Cette conference internationale soulignera les principales
initiatives d'avant garde au Canada et a l'etranger.
