I have recently been involved in the creation and writing of the Health In
Perspective Program. This is a smoking prevention and cessation program that
targets female adolescents ages 10-15 years. It takes a peer intervention
approach. It has been pilot tested by young females and is quite successful.
At present Health Canada is putting together an advisory team to review and
update the program. If you would like to know more about the HIP program
email me directly at [log in to unmask]
Thank you
