Hello,

I am hoping some people can help me.  I am working on the welfare watch
website and I wanted to be able to link to resources for community groups
doing action based participatory research.  So far, I can mostly find
resources on program evaluation.

So, what are people's fav resources both on-line and print that would be
assessable for mostly consumer based groups to work with?
