I act as legal counsel to the xxx  Human Rights Commission.  In
the near future, we will be participating in a hearing before the XXX
Human Rights Tribunal.  The case involves an allegation of discrimination
based on disability.  The complainant's landlord refused to permit him to
have a pet live with him, even though his physician advised that such was
advisable for therapeutic reasons.

We would like to locate an expert who can speak in general terms, and
without reference to the specifics of this particular case, about the
recognized health benefits of assistive animals, and provide us an opinion
which includes a brief literature review.
