initiative aimed at increasing the availability of affordable transportation
and the partnership of various organizations ) web site at
www.ctap.gov.on.ca

Please note that the CTAP site appeared to be down when I checked it
earlier. It contains information on a number of initiatives similar to what
you are looking for, so keep trying.
