Hello,
One model that may be of interest is the recent Korean model, funded by
WHO. The Director of that project is Dr. Suzie Kim at Ewha Womans
University in Seoul. Dr. Kim is also a distinguished professor at UC-San
Francisco. I do not have a current email address but would imagine you
could obtain it on either of the web sites of these 2 universities or
perhaps from WHO.
