problem we are experiencing :

26-Mar 11:15 BITS has reported that there is a fibre cut within the MCI
network between psp.il and chicago.mci.net. ONet customers will
experience
slower than usual response when accessing many U.S. sites until the cut
is
repaired while U.S. traffic is rerouted via alternate southbound links.
No
estimate could be given for length of time to repair.
