The Nova Scotia Dept. of Health (contact: Deborah Keyes) have
developed a Quality of Life Assessment tool for policy makers.  The
tool is essentially a checklist to assess the impact of policy on each
of the determinants of health.  It is a very impressive tool.  I think
that the B.C. government might also have developed a similar tool.
