*** The final version was released on a very limited basis by its sponsor,
Health Canada, a couple of months ago. The best bet would be to ask
directly Trevor <[log in to unmask]> or Ron <[log in to unmask]>
or <[log in to unmask]> what is the best way to get hold of it given the
publishing strategy put forward by the sponsor. By the way, it is a VERY
good document which has also a third author, Rick Edwards. M.O. ***
