Just wondering if anyone has an e-mail address for Dr. Colin Sanderson of
the Health Services Research Unit, Department of Public Health and Policy
at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

I am interested in finding out more information about the application of
the "Model for Management and Intervention Program Preparation" (MMIPP) in
their Cancer and Diabetes prevention programs (Health Promotion
International 11:2).  If anyone else has information on this could you
please let me know.
