You might want to take a look at Web Savvy (found at
http://websavvy-access.org/index.php).  A list of their services, including
usability assessments can be found at
http://websavvy-access.org/services/index.php.  This organization
specializes in ensuring sites are accessible to those using assistive
devices and also in applications used online designed to support learning.
