To enhance York University's Internet services, Network Operations will
switch the ONet link to a DS-3 with ATM connectivity. As a result, the
bandwidth for Internet access will increase from 1.54 Mbps to 5 Mbps.

Internet services will be unavailable on 4 April 1997, between
7:00am-8:30am, for Network Operations to implement the above change.
