the author is questioning the quality of the surveys re: conflicting results
attributable to biases of the surveyors; she cites a survey by Angus Reid vs
Insight Canada Research. Concludes that smoking in bars, restaurants should
be acceptable because smokers & nonsmokers find ways to "work it out." Who
needs experts or laws, let the buyer (breather) beware?
