There is an excellent Canadian text that would help you complete your
assignment.  It is titled "Nursing Management in Canada", by Judith Hibberd
and Donna Smith, 2nd edition published in 1999 by WB Saunders. It addresses
the issues facing nurse managers today.  Your local university should have a
copy.
