Special Registration Deal Offered to Synergy-On-Line

The planning committee of the Canadian Conference on
International Health is pleased to offer subscribers an
extension of the early registration rate.  All
subscribers who identify themselves on their
registration form with accompanying cheque will be
entitled to register at the early rate up till Monday,
November 8, 1999.   Please note that this offer does not
apply to those already registered for the conference.

Internships Available from CSIH
--------------------------------------------------------
The Canadian Society for International Health (CSIH),
with funding from the Canadian International Development
Agency (CIDA) provides internships in the area of
international health, and currently has several 1999-
2000 internship placements available.  Contact us if you
are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident aged 19-30
with a recently completed degree in the area of health
and are able to participate in a 6-9 month internship
beginning this fall.  Please visit our updated web site

the criteria and are interested in any of the available
placements, send in an application online, accompanied
by the requested documentation (via fax or email) and we
will contact you.

By March 2000, 95 interns will have benefited from
internships through CSIH with funding from CIDA and the
Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade
(DFAIT).

La Societe canadienne de sante internationale (SCSI),
grace a un appui financier de l'Agence canadienne de
developpement international (ACDI) organise des stages
en sante internationale, et quelques stages 1999-2000
sont presentement disponibles.  Contactez-nous si vous
etes citoyen(ne) canadien(ne) ou immigrant(e) recu(e),
si vous avez entre 19 et 30 ans, possedez un diplome en
sante, et etes interesse(e) a participer a un stage de 6
