Dear ProCOR,

I am happy to inform you that Galillee College is offering tuition
scholarships to qualified candidates, citizens of developing countries
for our Masters Degree programs in
Management of the Health Sector
Masters of Public Administration

These courses will be held jointly by Roskilde University in Denmark, who
will grant the degrees, and Galillee College in Israel.  Once a qualified
candidate is admitted to the course, a full tuition scholarship valued at
U.S.$ 13,000 will be granted. The candidate or his/her sponsor needs only to
cover the living expenses US$16,700 and round trip airfare to Israel and to
Denmark.
The programs are scheduled to start on Aug. 1st, 2000. The duration of the
course will be 12 months and will take place in Israel, with a short
intensive period of study in Denmark. All courses will be in English.
Candidate requirements are:
4 year Bachelors Degree in a relevant field,
Or
3 years Bachelors Degree in a relevant field and one year of relevant work
experience.
And
Fluency in the English language

Registration material is available upon request or may be found on our web
site.
Applications and all registration material must reach Galillee College
by post no later than February 1st, 2000.

Applications that are incomplete, late or sent by fax or e-mail will not be
accepted.
