Hi All

Could any one remind me where to get hold of the Nova Scotia Dept. of
Health's Quality of Life Assessment tool for policy makers.  I think its a
checklist to assess the impact of policy on each of the determinants of
health.

Its been mentioned before on this list server but I cant see it in my
archived messages.

Any advice would be appreciated.
