Minimum requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Public
or Business Administration, Journalism, Language or a related field.
Experience: Four years of professional experience in administering
and coordinating the different operational and technical processes
involved in planning, procuring services for, preparing, and
producing formal publications.
Languages: Very good knowledge of English and a working knowledge
of Spanish.

Minimum requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in biological or laboratory sciences
from a recognized university with postgraduate training in
microbiology and immunology.
Experience: Considerable experience (3-5 years) in the practical
and operational application of laboratory diagnostic methods and
research. Public health experience, as well as experience in
techniques relevant to HIV screening, would be desirable. Training
and experience in serology would be an asset.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English or French with a good
working knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of Portuguese
would be an asset.

surveillance, prevention and control programmes, including
experience in an AIDS control programme. Experience in working with
national AIDS programmes in the African Region would be an
advantage. Some working experience with WHO would be an asset.
Languages: Very good knowledge of English or French with a
working knowledge of the other language.

Languages: Good knowledge of English with a working knowledge of
French.
