15th Canadian Conference on international Health Call for Abstracts
Deadline May 31, 2008
The 15th Canadian Conference on International Health is fast approaching and is being held on October 26 - 29, 2008 at the Ottawa Marriott, 100 Kent St., Ottawa, ON, Canada.
The theme this year, "Checking In: Health for All or Health for Some?", promises
to provide an opportunity to reflect the thirty years that have passed
since the World Health Organization endorsed the vision of Alma Ata, "Health for All", and to collectively question whether and how Health for All remains our vision today.
The deadline for the Call for Abstracts is May 31
and we encourage all those who would like to present a paper, poster,
workshop or symposia to submit their abstract as soon as possible.
Abstracts can be submitted in English, French or Spanish.

La 15e
Conférence canadienne sur la santé internationale approche à grands
pas, et se tiendra du 26 au 29 octobre 2008 à l'hôtel Ottawa Marriott,
100 rue Kent, Ottawa (Ontario), Canada.
Sous le thème «Bilan :
La santé pour tous ou pour combien?», la conférence de cette année sera
l'occasion de faire le point sur les trente années qui se sont écoulées
depuis que l'Organisation mondiale de la santé a appuyé la déclaration
d'Alma Ata, «La santé pour tous», et
de se demander collectivement si la «santé pour tous» demeure notre
vision encore ajourd'hui, et comment cette vision peut se réaliser.
L'appel d'abrégés est ouvert jusqu'au 31 mai,
et nous encourageons tous ceux qui souhaitent présenter une
communication, une présentation visuelle, un atelier ou un symposium à
soumettre leur abrégé le plus tôt possible. Les abrégés peuvent être
soumis en anglais, en français ou en espagnol.
