Pathfinder International is pleased to announce the publication of its
latest training manual, Advanced Training of Trainers. This module includes
manuals for both the trainer and participant and is designed to prepare
trainers who already have skills as reproductive health trainers to proceed
to a higher level of training implementation. The manual prepares trainers
to conduct a training needs assessment, develop detailed plans for training,
develop and pilot test a training curriculum, conduct training using more
advanced training techniques, conduct training follow up, and evaluate
training.

Both the Trainer's Guide and Participant's Guide can be downloaded from
http://www.pathfind.org/Pubs_Training_Curriculum
<http://www.pathfind.org/Pubs_Training_Curriculum> . Hard copies are
available by contacting [log in to unmask]

who might be interested in this information.
