The Instructions for getting the EDSYMP CICHO file are correct. If you
tried and failed, try again sending GET EDSYMP CICHO to [log in to unmask]
 
The problem had been that the file was stored as CIHCO and not CICHO, a
typo by the CANCHID ListManager!
