A program under the Health for All by the Year 2000 mission. Focus on
immunization and sustainable primary health care systems.
 
Under the sponsorship of the Canadian Public Health Association with
20 Canadian non-governmental organizations and six international organ-
izations.  59 projects in 28 Commonwealth and Francophone developing
countries.
 
Funding: 30 million dollars Canadian 1991-1996
