I would like to bring to your attention the recent publication of 'It's Your
Life: End the confusion from inconsistent health advice' by Professor Norman
Ratcliffe.

Professor Ratcliffe has spent the last 5 years analysing the latest research
on health, food safety, diet and nutrition; his conclusions are presented in
this book.
