HEALTH OPPORTUNITIES IN EASTERN EUROPE
-------------------------------------------------------------------
You are cordially invited to attend a luncheon speakers program arranged by
InterHealth Canada Limited on February 19th, 1996 between 12:00 and 2:00.
The scheduled program is as follows:

1. Dr. Lenka Rovna, Chair of Russian Eastern European Studies at the
Charles University and promotions consultant for the primary care clinic
developed by MED-EMERG INC. and InterHealth Canada Limited in Prague, will
speak on the following topic:

"Health Reform in Eastern Europe" with an overview of "Emerging
Opportunities in Poland, Hungary, Russia and the Czech Republic"

Dr. Rovna has a cross appointment to the University of Calgary and has also
taught at the University of Guelph.

2. Dr. Pavel Kasal, a pediatrician, heads the informatics section of the
largest hospital in Eastern Europe, the Motol Hospital which has developed
an interactive medical education program. Dr. Kasal's topic will be:

"Use of Informatics in the Czech Republic with specific emphasis on current
technology in use in self-directed undergraduate medical education"

3. Dr. Ramesh Zacharias, CEO of MED-EMERG Inc. , a shareholder of
InterHealth, will speak on:

"Developing Business in the Czech Republic Healthcare Sector, the actual
experience of one Canadian company"

Luncheon will be served. The cost is $75 for InterHealth shareholders and
$150 for others. Please remit your fees to InterHealth Canada Limited.

The luncheon will be held at The Toronto Hospital, Bell Wing Rm. 656, First
Floor, 585 University Avenue. Depending on the number interested in
attending, the venue may be changed.
