Just wanted to let you know about a new e-mail newsletter, FoodTalk, that is
available from the University of Nebraska Cooperative Extension in Lancaster
County. Subscribers receive a short monthly "how to" health-related tip
about food, nutrition or food safety.

The intended audience is educators and consumers.  Recipients are welcome to
reproduce this newsletter.
