Hi Health Promoters

The Jakarta Declaration for Health Promotion in the 21st Century, in the
section titled 'Consolidate and expand partnerships for health' mentions
that 'WHO guidelines should be adhered to.'

 Do you know which guidelines these may be and where I could find them?
