The Community Integration Seminar Series showcases new developments in
the fields of health promotion and population health with a focus on
service integration. Seminars and panel discussions feature
practitioners, policy makers and researchers. Seminar topics are
practice-oriented, and are relevant to both professional needs and the
scope of the communities in southwest Toronto. Community health
planners, service providers, practitioners, students, and all other
interested parties are welcome to attend these free events.
