Best Start is now accepting registrations for 2
workshops on alcohol use in pregnancy, scheduled for
March, 2004. Both workshops will take place in
Toronto,
based on the Supporting Change training module. One
workshop (March 4) is for a wide range of Ontario
health care providers who work with pregnant women.
The other workshop (March 5, 6) is for Ontario
family physicians. Registration forms and more

Best Start is also looking for your help in finding
interested physicians and other health care
providers. If, in your community, there are
physicians or other health
care providers who might be interested in receiving
information about these workshops, please provide
their names as well as their mailing address and/or
fax.

Use in Pregnancy Workshop for Health Care Providers
Description: This workshop will provide critical
information on assessing and
addressing alcohol use in pregnancy, including
approaches to ask, advise
and assist pregnant women.
For: Ontario health care providers who work with
pregnant women
