We posted the Healthy Cities...By Design Conference information for two
reasons. First, it is about health promotion. Second, it ignores this
venue. We posted the _ONLY_ contact information they provided. Here it is
again. If you want more information from them you will have to contact
them - and you might tell them to get an email address. They have funding
to run their conference. CLICK4HP has no budget and is run by volunteer
labour. If we have email addresses for events and sites will will post
them - when we don't you have to resort to phone/fax/letter. Sorry!
