Hello,
I am seeking employment in Edmonton, Alberta and am very enthusiastic about
getting into Health Promotion. My plan is to eventually take a Masters
program in Health Promotion. Until then, I am looking to get involved in
some capacity within the field.
I have completed my B.A. Cooperative (major: psychology; minor: sociology)
and completed a 12-month internship at a chronic pain rehab clinic. In
addition, I have completed an individual study on health promotion where I
explored the field and developed a proposal for a diabetes initiative
within a native community. In addition, I have done research with the
Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB).
If anyone has any leads or information re: employment in Edmonton, it would
be much appreciated if you would forward the information to me, either by
