IMNSHO, this domain name qualifies as libelous and should be responded
to accordingly. The priority of whoever registered the domain and
developed the site was clearly gratification of their own ego at the
expense of others, rather than the well-being of others. This conduct
coming from elected public servants is entirely inappropriate and may be
illegal.
