1. If you hit REPLY to a SDOH message, IT GOES TO 700 PEOPLE.  Many of
these people do not want to know that you want to leave the list, set
digest, or say Hi to me!

2. TO CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, you communicate with the LIST-SERVE.  To
talk to the LIST-SERVE, you send a message to [log in to unmask]  You tell
it -- by putting a message in the text section, leaving the SUBJECT blank
-- either

signoff SDOH            OR
set SDOH DIGEST   OR
rev SDOH

3.  If you still have doubts about this and want to do something RASH like
leaving the list send a message to me at

[log in to unmask]

How are we going to change the world if we can't change a listserv
