Hallo,

At the stop urban sprawl meeting of the Toronto chapter of
Sierra Club Canada on February 16, 2004, the zero immigration
policy was brought up again. One suggested that zero immigration
policy should be implemented in order to deal with the
environmental problems.

Similar notion was brought up in the January meeting, and led
to a debate on it.

It may indicate that the stop urban sprawl meeting, or/and
Sierra Club Canada is being targeted. Wondering what is the
next issue to be "Green Washed", which groups, or/and
institutions, or/and business will benefit from the "Green
Washing".

If you have articles of either sides or both sides of the arguments
of "zero immigration policy should be implemented in order to
deal with the environmental problems", please send me the articles
off the list.

Take Care,

Vincent Pang
