Folks; I know MT wrote a nice obituary for Carl Schurz: in a letter,
Joe Twichell writes in July 1906, "Your loving obituary of dear old
Schurz was of like merit." MT calls him his "pilot" in politics.

Louis Budd mentions it with no citation; undoubtedly others have done
so. Is there a text available for this obit (I believe in the
Hartford Courant but maybe NY Times [?]).
