Add TWICE UPON A TIME by Allen Appel, a time travel novel with two
parallel plot strands. The one revolves around the main character's
appearance at the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial exhibit where he takes a
job as a chair pusher and lives with a black man. The main character
agrees to help two captive Indians who are on display escape back to
the west and he enlists SLC to aid him. Custer also makes an appearance
as a character. He has been resurrected nearly as many times as SLC.
