_Mark Twain A to Z_ by Rasmussen gives a good synopsis of the Twain/Edison
relationship. _Twain's World_ on CD ROM contains one mention of Tesla that
occurs in a letter to Livy that Sam wrote Feb.1894 where he mentions that he
met Tesla, "the world-wide illustrious electrician" at a party.

The practical joke that Bleiler refers to between Edison and Twain is
unreferenced.
