Dear Mark Twain Forum Members,

Last weekend, the Center for Mark Twain Studies held its Seventh Quarry
Farm Symposium, entitled "American Humor and Matters of Empire." Judith
Yaross Lee was organizer and chairperson of this thought-provoking
gathering of American Humor scholars.

A number of resources have been made available from last weekend's event on
MarkTwainStudies.org, including the keynote address, all presentations, a
downloadable version of the program with abstracts, and biographies of all
presenters.

You can access these resources here:
https://marktwainstudies.com/events/2020-quarry-farm-symposium/

I'd also like to take this opportunity to promote the 2021 Quarry Farm
Symposium (Friday, October 1 to Sunday, October 3, 2021), which will
celebrate the 150th Anniversary of *Roughing It*. CMTS will have more
information about the 2021 symposium in the near future.

Take care,
Joe Lemak
