Fascinating, and what a wonderful resource to 
heighten one's enjoyment of Innocents Abroad (and 
the other two works you've gazetteered, even if 
incompletely).  I realize gazatteer is a noun, not 
a verb, but I thought it sounded good as a verb 
there ;-)
