That certainly is the best source, with chapter 2 devoted to Twain and 
numerous mentions of him elsewhere.

Not to stray from things Twainian, but I can't help but note that the author 
argues that modern copyright laws are "punitive" and "too restrictive" and 
that "leaky" copyright laws would work better.

I also note that this book is copyrighted.
