Have found several references to a speech Twain gave in the winter of 1908
at a dinner hosted by Daniel Frohmans wherein Twain and Elinor Glyn were
guests of honor. Dinner also attended by John Barrymore. There is no
mention
of the event in Fatout's _Mark Twain Speaking_. Has this speech ever
been
printed or has it been located in papers that may yet be released in the
future?
The site of the dinner would probably have been NY.
