Hello Elmira,

Myself and others have waited four long years for the return of the Twin
Conference. How shall we be notified, register, and get all the particulars
as we did last time? Is there an Elmira contact? Is it Barb? How shall I
contact her?

Subject: Reminder: Elmira 2013 Abstracts

Join us in Elmira this August 1-3 for scholarship and friendship as we
commemorate the Sesquicentennial of the Pen name -- "Yours, dreamily, MARK
TWAIN."

We invite your developed abstracts (700 words) for The Seventh
International Conference on the State of Mark Twain Studies are due Monday,
February 4th, 2013 -- two weeks from today.

Final papers must be suitable for a 20-minute presentation.

Please send your attached abstract, via electronic submission, to
[log in to unmask]  Provide your name,  mailing address, and email
address.
 Developed abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by selected panel chairs
during the month of February.

The Call for Papers is available on the Web.  Google Elmira 2013, Call for
Papers.
