That's a tall order. I've printed out your message and will try to get you
some numbers when time permits. My collection is huge and although
computerized, my database is not set up in a way that allows retreival in
the way needed to answers your questions (I use keywords like "advertising"
but not "trade card"), so I'll have to do a manual count.
