A full text of Twain's opinion on medicine is available in a
newspaper article from The New York Times dated Feb. 28, 1901
which covers a story where he testified on behalf of osteopaths.  Twain
made a second speech on medicine which was covered in an article in
The New York Times on March 9, 1902.  Both are also available on the web.
