I'm confused here.  Why does the hand holding the cigar make one
that-handed?  At the risk of exposing myself as one of society's
lowest life forms in these days, I must admit I am a smoker.  It
doesn't matter which hand gives me my nicotine fix, as long as the
hand finds the mouth. It just comes naturally.  "Right hand is busy
typing!  Switch to left!"
